Question: Im scared !.!.Doctors/Nurses Please Help Me!?
Im so scared !. I feel like I can't live anymore!. I have this constant fear that something is wrong with me triggered by physical symptoms

Age 19 started feeling dizzy, light headed, pressure in chest, muscle spasms etc !.!. general feeling unwell was told I had an anxiety disorder after blood tests came back ok, urine tests and heart tests also ok!.!.!.

Age 22 now feel a little better due to xanax however recently got back pain I had a kidney infection the week before but was told it was gone yet still had back pain !.!.!. I went to A and E with this bad back pain and the doctor said my bloods were fine my WBC was up but nothing to be worried about, xrays were fine, urine tests were fine!. When he told me the back pain felt a little better but I still have it!.

I get blood tests every few months ( because Im so often at doctors feeling unwell and everything comes back ok except for the last 6mths !.!.!.I have slight anaemia and slightly High WBC !.!.!.my doctor said this is nothing to worry about but im so scared!.

I kept hearing these stories about people who get blood work back and its fine then find out they have cancer and 2mths to live!. Its so scary and the more i get physical symptoms the more I worry!.

Should I be worried about the anaemia and high WBC however slight it is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, it sounds like you have an anxiety disorder!.
You should see a psychiatrist or an internist once per month to talk about your stress and try to find ways to cope!.
Maybe your medication needs to be adjusted, perhaps you need to add paxil to the xanax!.
No your symptoms do NOT sound like cancer at all, but rather they sound exactly like anxiety disorder!. I know, you will still feel afraid, but if you keep telling yourself it is just anxiety, maybe that will help!?
I realize it is not possible for you to "get a grip" because what you have is a mental disorder, it is not something that is your fault or something you can control!. It is simply an imbalance in your brain chemicals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In my opinion, your anxiety and fears need more attention than your medical condition, which doesn't sound serious!. You may not wish to hear this but I strongly suggest you start therapy sessions to get a handle on your anxiety!. Medication is only half the story!. Ongoing therapy is the other half!. Once you begin to control it, really control AND understand it, you'll start feeling better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depression and panic disorder will not elevate you WBC!. I understand what you are going through!. I have been in your shoes!. I am still in them!. If you feel that you are not getting what you need from your current, then you need to find another one!.

Rule out:
Asthma
Hodgkin Lymphoma, can cause pressure in chest and muscle spasms!.
Pneumonia
COPD
Serious Viruses

I truly don't want to sound unsympathetic but please 'get a grip'!. You are wasting what life you have by worrying!. I had cancer five years ago and then again three years ago!. I don't intent to spend my remaining years worrying about it happening again!. It may not, something else will get me but I intend to enjoy my time and make my family happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you have depression and you need to see a counciller I had to go to group counselling sessions at one time and there was someone with much the same as your symptoms after a few sessions she was a lot happier and could see her problems for what they wereWww@Answer-Health@Com

In general, slightly elevated WBC and anemia is nothing to worry about, and shouldn't be causing any symptoms!. There may be an underlying disorder, but the fact that your symptoms haven't worsened significantly in 3 years makes this less likely!.

However, you might be surprised to learn that your worry itself may be causing your symptoms!! Next time you go see your doc, mention to him/her that worry still dominates your life, despite taking meds for it!. He/she may prescribe something that works better for you!. I know there's a negative stigma around seeing a psychiatrist, but I would recommend this as well-- frankly, they are the experts when it comes to this type of disease!.

Understand, I'm not saying that you're IMAGINING the symptoms!. Rather, certain mental afflictions can cause REAL physical symptoms, even as severe as deafness and blindness!. If the docs can't find a physical cause for your symptoms, perhaps it's because they're looking in the wrong place!

Read your own words in your question - how many times do you use "worry" and "scared" !?
Therein lies your problem - you are suffering from anxiety, needless worry, possibly even panic attacks, and constantly looking for what can be WRONG with you!.
STOP THIS NOW - starting thinking about everything that is RIGHT with you!. You are young with your whole wonderful life ahead of you!. After all those tests, it is unlikely that there is anything seriously wrong with you - say YIPPEE and be grateful!.
Spare a moment to consider what some people have to put up with in the world!. Famine, poverty, real sickness, watching their loved ones die through lack of basic food/medical care!. Think of all the cancer patients who fight back and recover, or at least make the most of their remaining time!. Watch the athletes in the Paralympics - makes you feel humble doesn't it, and maybe puts your 'problems' into perspective !?
Sorry to sound so cold about this, but you need to shake yourself up and get past this debilitating and needless worrying about your health!.
DO SOMETHING POSITIVE - if you believe you are really ill, then go and have a serious talk with your doctor and demand a second opinion!. If not, then stop thinking about YOU, find a new and more productive channel for all that energy - volunteer to help Old Folks or the disabled - see how the other half live, and maybe you will see just how lucky, healthy, and fortunate you really are!.
Stop worrying - it serves no purpose other than to create even more worry!.

your anxiety is making you ill!. There is no difference between body spirit and mind - they make up all of you!. If one is out of balance (anxious thoughts) then this will set everything else off and you get physical symptoms!. Honestly I feel for you!. However I also feel that you fear over you physical well being may also be making you ill!.

Back pain is quite common - I get that, as do 80% of the population at some point in their lives!.

Personally I get loads of dodgy symptoms - back pain, palpitations, heart flutters, painful testicles!. However I think I'm fine - it mostly what you believe - if you believe you're I'll you will probably get ill - probably from stress!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem years ago!. Went through the same series of diagnostic tests with the same results as yours!. One doctor even prescribed vermox!. Mine got to the stage where I started to faint and another doctor requested head x-ray!. That I refused to do!. It was a year after I found out on my own, exactly what the problem was and went on a program to have it solved!. I was anemic and my blood pressure went very low!. I am fine now, and have been helping others with the same problem!.

From your explanation, it would seem you was anemic for at least 3 years now!. Currently, there is nothing to worry about, however if left unchecked will lead to faint spells and other complications!. You'll find the following information very helpful to correct your problem:

Eat all kinds of fruits and vegetables!. Include beef (very effective), livers, kidneys, green leafy vegetables, eggs, fish whole grains, almonds, apples,leaf green,turnip green, whole grain, berries, Brazil nuts, cantaloupe, cherries, legumes (include chickpeas, lentils, and red beans), all citrus, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, sweet potatoes, turnip, nuts, grains, carrots, pumpkin, squash, avocados, beets, beans, millet, peaches, pears, pumpkins, seeds, watercress, callaloo, parsley, broccoli, bananas, okra, purple grapes, kelp, apricots, asparagus, peas, blackstrap molasses, plums, yam and peppermint in your diet!.

Drink throughout the day home made fruit and vegetable juices!. Include green leafy vegetables in your vegetable juice!. In a glass of milk add at least 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses and consume at least twice daily!.

Ensure that you eat at least 3 times per day!. Fill your stomach each time you eat!.

At least one of your diet should look something like this:

meat (eg!. beef) or fish,
1 or 2 complex carbohydrate (eg!. yam, potatoes, pumpkin etc),
A mixture of raw vegetables, (eg!. lettuce, tomatoes, shredded pumpkin, broccoli, yellow or red sweet pepper, shredded carrots, parsley),
Varied mixture of steam vegetables (eg green leafy vegetable and/or string beans, and okra, or a vegetable salad)

If you'd like to add drink - preferably home made fruit or vegetable juice!.

Have a glass of Green juice each day!. Green juice is prepared as follows:

Green juices:
These can be made with alfalfa sprouts, cabbage, callaloo, kale, dandelion greens, spinach and other green vegetables, including weatgrass!. To sweeten and dilute your green juices, try adding fresh carrot and apple juice!.

4 - 5 carrots
3 springs fresh parsley
1 large handful spinach
1 large handful kale
1 beet, including tops
1 clove garlic, peeled

1)!. Thoroughly wash all vegetables, peeling the carrots and beet if they were not grown organically!. Cut the vegetables into pieces small enough to fit into the juicer!.

2)!. Process the vegetables in the juicer, and drink immediately!.

A good supplement to use along with your diet is Ultra Vitality NutraPack!.

Do not take iron supplement unless it is prescribed by a doctor!. Because iron is stored in the body, excessive iron intake can also cause problems!.

The better thing to do is not take iron supplements at all!.
