Totalcide II, a sanitizer sold in an effervescent tablet form is highly effective, and extremely cost efficient. Its sold only in containers of 270+ which is about $100. Unless you are actually running a pet store, kennel, or animal clinic, you probably won't ever need that much. (One tablet makes a gallon). You might try asking vets in your area for a tablet or two.
If you do end up using bleach, use 1 part bleach and 30 parts water.
Parvo is extremely resilient. You need to clean everything. And I mean everything. The walls, floors, bedding, crates, latches, playpens, bowls, your shoes, their play toys, collars, tags, tubs they may have been in. Everything the dog was on or near. Everything you touched after touching the infected dog. Parvo just refuses to die. You're in for a deep cleaning.
