What part of your bottom!?!? like between the cracks!? I believe if you are going to scratch it open-handed you should really wash your hands good when you are finished; any residue left to get on your hands and in your mouth later is not a good thing and could cause serious trouble for you later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its not likely you'll get an infection, but its not very hygienic!. If you feel the need to scratch, wear gloves and wash your hands afterwards to stop bacteria from spreading!.
