Answers:
Are you sure it isn't a cold sore!? You can get that from someone who has them, and not in a sexual way!. If it is then you should get cold sore medicine!.
I would be trying to find out what it is first!. You can even put polysporin or similar product if it is some sort of inflamation!. I am not sure what that foille stuff is, but as long as you don't lick it, eat it, then should be ok!. Lips are skin too!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it is a product made for lips, then you can put it on your lips!. In terms of the STD, if you are referring to herpes and cold sores, you can get cold sores even if you are a virgin!. Even little kids can have the cold sore virus!. It can be spread by sharing drinking containers, wash cloths, towels, and if people don't wash their hands after touching a cold sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh you probably have some cold sores especially if your lips have been in windy conditions or you had a fever or cold of some sort recently!.

Releev is what I use and it works almost overnight!. As a matter of fact I used it two nights ago and my blisters stopped itching and went away!.

Oh and good for you still being a virgin! <3 it's good to know there are still some around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't know what those bumps are or what is causing them!. Sweetie, go to your GP!. You need a proper diagnosis and then you can get the right prescription!.

Also, it could be a reaction from something you're already using on your lips!. Think of the lip glosses, chap sticks, etc that you use and stop using them!. See if those might be the culprits!.!.!.but definitely go see your doctor to be safe!.

Best wishes <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not use the product!.Because it is not for your lips!. You may have gotton these little bumps from a number of things!.
I would suggest you use plain old vaseline on your lips!.
If they get any worse or begin to spread I would go see the doctor!.
Remember not to touch your hands to you lips or face and drink alot of water !.Clean your face and rinse with cool water and pat dry, especially your lips!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can still be an STD and you can still be a virgin!. Herpes can come from kissing someone with sores on their lips on anywhere else on their body!. I know of newborn babies that got herpes on their ear because a relative of theirs with the sore on their mouth kissed this babies ear! No joke!. You should find out what those bumps are because you might be spreading around an infection!. ASAP>Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ahh, okay!. Try this!:Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't see why not!.

Sounds like you are getting a cold sore or have an allergy -

Take a benadryl at bed time!. Drink water
and generally use things made for your lips due to ingesting it (licking)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it doens't mention lips as an area for medication, then no!. i'd put hydrocodine on the bumps, or just put mint chapstick over it!. hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Probably, but it could burn the little bumps tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
