Yes, great advice has been given by all of the above!. =)

Fish oil have been found to have benefits in certain cases (as well as evening primrose oil - taken internally as capsules)!. It might be worth seeing a nutritionist and see if you can set up a regime that takes into account your IBS and eczema - it's worth picking their brains!. I would look for a "clinical nutritionist" - one who specialises in medical conditions!.

Using fragrance-free products are pretty much the only way to go!. They can be really hard to track down - sometimes I need to ask for assistance when I go shopping and can't seem to find any skin products without fragrances as I have sensitive skin - and can sometimes be more expensive then their fragranced counterparts, but it's the only "option"!.

Dermatologists: they are the specialists in this area!. Expensive to see but worth it!. Your skin is your largest organ and needs TLC when it's struggling!. Dermatologists are the ultimate when it comes to personal skin advice!.

Stress! Yes, it's usually one of the main culprits from my experience in pharmacy!. Stress has many ramifications - it's a terrible thing!. I think, from your other questions, that you aren't far off sorting out some of those main triggers!.

All the best to you, Lee!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid major stressor/s- they significantly contribute to eczema outbreaks! Go to liquid detergent- free of fragrances & dyes!. Don't use harsh hand soaps- Cetaphil or Neutrogena (fragrance free) bars work great!. Lotion is tricky!. When you're in an "outbreak", your skin easily reacts to everything!.

Personally, I recommend Eucerin as well!. Others have recommended Utter something (2 words- the 1st one is Utter) & sleeping with gloves on (if the eczema is bad on your hands anyway) to retain the moisture!.

Hope that you get relief very soon!

I'd try taking fish oil supplements 3 times a day!. I'd treat it from the inside out!. Drink plenty of water!. Aloe gel or olive oil is good to rub on the skin while you're still wet after taking a shower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes - try a dermatologist ! Eczema is really difficult to treat in some people!. Don't mess around with "trying this or that"!. Go to the expert - it's worth it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
