Which is worse for you Cigarettes or Cigars. Becasue i like both but i don't want to runie my heath?
Should i just smoke both?

I've been smoking for 30 years, I wish I had the willpower to quit. (I do not smoke in the house) My daughter has asthma, I smell like an ashtray, my hair has become extremely frizzed, I have trouble breathing sometimes, I lost (and miss) my singing voice and my dental needs are running into the thousands (which I don't have).
I know it's the hardest thing you'll probably ever do, but take it from me (a walking ashtray) do yourself a favor and QUIT!
I will pray that you have a stronger willpower than mine. GOD BLESS...
If anyone reading this is considering starting..for God's sake DON'T. It is so not worth it!
