Ok, three days ago I like coughed and then like I coughed up greenish yellow phlegm (Sooo gross, I know) I have had a really persistent cough since and I have also had migranes, a runny nose, and an incredibly sore chest (from the coughing)
Today I lost my voice and I feel generally sick!.
I am going to go see my doctor but does anybody have any idea what this may be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might have an upper respiratory tract infection (could be viral or bacterial - if it's bacterial, your doctor will probably put you on antibiotics)!. With those other symptoms, it might be in combination with the influenza virus!. Only your doctor can tell you!.

But i had something alot similar to this and it was pneumonia I had a cough, the phlegm, and a sore chest and I coughed like every second but it wasnt a serious case on pneumonia it was minor the dr!. called it 'walking pneumonia' and I got it around this time a year too!. do you havve asthma!? Because I did which triggered the pneumonia and it was also because of the fall season and mold and stuff!.
But I would deffinitly see a Dr!. but dont worry whoever said 50% of people die from this dont listen to them lol

no idea but once on the buss a girl went to spit her phlegm out the window but the wind brung it back in and it landed on another girls arm sleeve and the girl who tried to spit it out quickly turned to the front and pretended like nothing happened and then the other girl finally realised what happened and she was like ewww gross!. and whipped it on the girls shirt who tried to spit it out!.

I have this ALL the time!. Its a sinus infection!. If you cough/blow out green stuff!.!.!.its positivly a sinus infection!. No doubt babe! I have asthma, went to the hospital 3 times last year cuz sinus infections trigger by asthma!. It sucks! take it from me!

sounds like you've come down with a really bad case of the flu!.!. probably a virus!.!. good luck at the doctor's, he's going to check if you have a bacterial infection (if you do then he'll prescribe antibiotics for you) or a virus (in which case you'll have to wait it out :()Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've gotten that too!. Hate it sooo much! It's just mucus that got down into your chest and now you have to cough it up or it will just stay in there and never heal up!.

If your phlegm is green or yellow you usually have an infection!. It might be brochitis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
