here's what I do to get rid of a cold
Eat chicken soup it clears mucus!.
Take antihistamines to stop a really bad runny nose
Use a vic's inhaler to help you breath better!.
Try and sweat it out if you can have fun in spain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The cold and flu virus will generally not last longer than 7-10 days, if it does, it's likely not a cold/flu that you have!. There is no way to shorten the duration of a virus, neither is there a cure!. Just get plenty of rest, push fluid intake and take paracetamol for painWww@Answer-Health@Com
It really depends on your immune!. But if you stay in bed drink soup and don't overdo yourself you will get better in no time!.
Try to sleep It really helps you feel better
If you just stay in bed you will get better within a few days in time for your trip to Spain!

It must be a cold, and you will be fine to travel!. If it was influenza you would be lying in your bed, and the last thing on your mind would be a holiday!. A cold is not a flu!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My doc used to say he could give me something that would clear it up in about 14 days or I could leave it run its course and it would go in about a fortnight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
