It looks like you may have an ingrown hair!. If it is then it will continue to bleed and pus until you get the hair out!.
Try squeezing it if it does not hurt too much!. Sometimes you can see the hair and pull it out with a pair of needle point tweezers (make sure they are sterile or it may get infected)

It could be an infected/ingrown hair follicle!.I had something similiar and it was nothing!. !.!. Go get it checked out especially if your are sexually active, you'll feel better knowing what's going on bad or good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
