Any ideas are appreciated?!

Question: Any ideas are appreciated!?
I have been sick for about a week now!. I have gone to a doctor and was tested for mono, lyme disease, anemia, and thyroid problems, but all came back normal!. Now she says it's "just anxiety" which I know it is not!.
My symptoms:
Easily fatigued--getting up to brush my teeth wares me out completely!.
Shakiness--usually random, sometimes just from walking a short distance!.
Shortness of breath/Difficulty breathing--not related to my asthma!.
Trouble standing and standing for a short period of time--my legs feel like they are going to give out on me after a few minutes!.
Trouble getting to sleep, staying asleep, and waking very early!.
Sudden change in vision--my normal vision is 20/25, which is not bad, but overnight started having trouble seeing things about fifteen feet away!.
Some nausea--without vomiting!.
Hot flashes--chills when not having a hot flash!.
Pain in upper left arm and entire left leg!.

I think that's it!. Some may not be related to what I have, but none are normal for me!.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas at all to what I could have!.
I tried the WebMD symptom checker but it said I could have anything from a general lack of exercise to TB!.
Thanks!. All is appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds very similar to how my mom felt when she was first diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis!. Unfortunately what you have described can be related to many diseases!. The change in vision would warrant going to see an opthamalogist!. They can give you an idea and run some tests alot of things can cause the vision and they will start running the tests!. If they find nothing then see a neurologist next!. explain to them the sleep problems and look into having a sleep study done!. It is painless and you just go in and get a bunch of wires hooked upto you and go to sleep for the night!. They monitor you for all kinds of sleep disorders which could be causing alot of the symptoms you are having!. It is more than likely something neurological!. Try having them run your vitamin b-12 levels!. I had alot of the symptoms that you have and I went to my neurologist and it turned out to be simple deficiency!. They will tell you that B-12 deficiency usually only occurs in elderly and vegetarian but have it done anyway!.

You have to take charge of your health!. If you know something isn't right then don't stop until you figure it out!. Good Luck!.

EDIT: Also try an endocrine doctor!. Auto-immune diseases such as Addison's Disease can have those symptoms too!. But dont' get worked up over any disease that I or anyone else says because it could be anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lyme disease tests are notoriously unreliable!. Sounds very much like Lyme and/or other tick-borne infections!.

Good sources of info about Lyme disease:

Wow - well it could be MS, Lupus, Stroke, !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.etc!. In any event, I would get a second opinion ASAP!. Go to the ER and have them admit you so they can do a diagnostic work up!. It sounds neurological, so I would get a neurologist opinion!. You probably need a lumbar pucnture!.
