Okay, first of all, I don't mean to scare you, but have you ever hard of a severe allergic reaction called, anaphlaxis!? It tends to occur mostly with people who are allergic to bee stings!. But it can also occur with other factors such as food!.

Consider these questions:
-What is your daughter's current condition!? Is she breathing normally!? (No wheezing, athma, coughing, respiratory distress!?)
-Is the swelling only shown on her face!? Do you see any red rashes, hives, itching or swelling that is bothering her and seems to be spreading on other parts of the body!?
Did she get interfered with something different recently that may cause an allergic reaction!?

Is it always very important to just make sure that she is not having an anaphlaxic reaction!. If your daughter's conditions seem like anaphlaxis, she needs an immediate care to calm down the reaction with the use of epinepherine!.
From your description, I cannot tell the severity of the problem, but it could just be a local allergic reaction caused by something!. For that, you only need a little bit of antihistamine!.

You should deffinately call the doctor's office just to make sure that the problem does not require immediate care!. But seek care if she is having a respiratory problem!.
Hope she feels better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you talked to your doctor or nurse about medication to deal with the problem!.

My concern, almost to the point of suggesting an ER visit is because you have to be very careful about the eyes (don't want to risk lasting damage) and the mouth could lead to the throat closing and the dangers with that!.

See if you Doctor's office offers "same day appointments" for emergencies and/or nurse lines, for concerns like these and possible medications to deal with the problem until you can get in to see the Dr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please don't wait!. Get her to the ER or urgent care clinic in your area!. If you have Benedryl in the house give her the appropriate dosage for her age!. If she is swelling on the outside she is also swelling on the inside!. That means that she is in danger of her throat swelling shut!.
Please do this for love's sake!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take her to the ER immediately!.!.!. to heck with waiting for the appt, get her some care now, as they can administer whatever she needs at the hospital!. you take a chance on something going seriously wrong, like developing breathing problems, and your daughter suffocating!.!.

Get in your car and take her to the ER right NOW!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
