Is Weezing randomly normal?!

Question:

Is Weezing randomly normal?

I admit I have not been exercising the way I used to for months
my leg muscles used to be shapely now they are so flat
tonight I feel weak in my lungs and I think I am weezing which I usually can't tell because I seldom have had that in my life despite me having asthma. What do you think is going on? Does it have to do with my lack of exercise?

Answers:

Wheezing is never a good sign whether you have asthma or not. I suggest you see your doctor , if you still have a blue inhaler you should try and take it and see if it works, but still wheezing is a sign that asthma is not under control or an asthma attack is imminent.
As for the lack of exercise, if you where exercising a lot then stopped all together or dramatically reduced the time/intensity etc that you exercises then this will have an effect on you breathing .. but shouldn't cause wheezing. You may find that you become more breathless.. or become breathless more quickly when exercising etc but this is a normal and is called reversibilty.
If you are really unsure then take a trip to a+e to be checked out, you shouldn't take any risks when it comes to your breathing even if they say there is nothing Wong or give you an inhaler or meds then it is better to be safe than sorry.
