Question: I have mono did it effect my bf!?

Last week me and my bf both had what I thought was a cold!. We went out Sat (of course we kissed) and my throat was killing me but I thought it was allergies!. I went to the doctor and I have mono!. Do u think it effected my bf!. He is going tomorrow to the doctor!. But if he isnt sick how long do I have to wait till we can kiss again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
