My friend is giving oral to her man...?

I think she could get an STD how do I get her to stop, cause she does everything but have SEX. She gives BJ's and fingering and everything what do I do to help her?

She could definitely get a STD if her partner is infected. If she cares about her health and that of her partner, they should get tested.

There should be a public health clinic nearby which does all kinds of testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. I don't think you can stop her, but she might stop if she is more aware of the risks involved.
