Question: Sick please help is this going around!? =[ 10 pts b/a!?

Ok well My nieces both had colds/cough mostly coughs and runny nose but since their so little they cant really say everything that is bothering them obviously, Well today I woke up and my throat was killing my and my chest hurts really bad!. Is this going around!?! What are some suggestions!. I'm not going to goto the doctor yet because I just got it today! THanksWww@Answer-Health@Com
