Question: I need to know how to prevent STRESS!!!?
I'm a really stressfull person and do not want to take meds or smoke MJ!. What can i do to help out with stress!?!? My anxiousness is causing MAJOR medical problems!.!. Please any advice will help!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way to prevent stress would be brain damage or death!. That pretty much defeats the purpose of life, so not a realistic option!.There will always be stress in your life!. What you stress over and how badly you stress is completely up to you, though!.
Even people with anxiety disorders can minimize the level of anxiety through practice!. Its takes a commitment, though!. Many people use legal and illegal drugs with and without Try different things until something works for you and then use it often and purposely until it gets to be so you automatically manage stress before it manages you!.

How you handle stress is what you have complete control over!. You have to find a method (and there are gazillions) that works for you (I'm a big fan of deep, conscious breathing) then work it, work it , work it!.

Say someone cuts in line!. You could get really fired up!. But, really all that means is you have to wait one extra person!. Unless your life depends on getting to the front of the line, take a deep breathe and let it go!. Now, say that same person cuts in line and pulls out a gun and tells everyone to get down!. This is worth being stressed, but you can learn methods to keep your cool and not make the situation worse by losing it!

Get yourself a religion and be spiritual!. However, try not to mix too much with your congregation as it will give you more stress!. Stay sway from it and just believe that a higher being will take care of you always!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
