What heal skin damage?

i was wondering what can i put on my skin to heal it or regenerate, is there any natural lotion, creams, oil or supplement that i can take to heal it?


Answers:

creams do not heal skin. skin heals itself. the idea is you create and environment that doesn't slow your skin down. with harsh environments, further damage, infection and so on.
