Question: I'm SOOO Sick--Please help I have a serious question!?

Ok I started not feeling well on tuesday night, I woke up yesterday with a sore throat and my chest was killing me, The sore throat got a little better but now When I cough I cough up brown nasty flem!. Does this mean everything in my chest is starting to break up to clear out!? Is there a nasty cold going around!?! (I believe I got this from one of my nieces who are both sick) But this sucks, Any suggestions!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com
