PLEASE ANSWER, could this be diabetes?!

Question: PLEASE ANSWER, could this be diabetes!?
Hey; my name is Nick I am Male, 15 years old and 140 lbs, 5foot 11in
I asked yesterday if I was showing signs of diabetes:
SOMETIMES my vision is blurred
My lips are chapp and I am often thirsty (not like dieing)
When I get hungry I eat forever and still feel empty
When I look at the board at school then look down to write I feel dizzy!.
When I get up from sitting I get dizzy
Today I went to the doctor to get a sports physical and the nurse said my blood pressure was high (please note that no urine test was taken or blood drawn, I am not overweight)
I "go" on a regular basis but the next day I am constipated!.

Am I a paranoid freak, a normal teenager or a potential diabetic!?
Be as detailed as you can
& please feel free to share personal experiences

Answers:
A bit paranoid, but not a freak!. I think you are a typical teenager!. Teen age boys are always hungry! You may need glasses though!. Constipation isn't related to diabetes!. You may be dehydrated a bit, which cold explain the chapped lips and some of the dizziness!. Thirst is normal for humans!.
Keep an eye on your blood pressure, but some people's blood pressure rises when they go to the doctor because of nervousness, it is so common that it has a name "white coat syndrome"!
So go out there and enjoy whatever sport you needed the phyiscal for you!. Nothing better to get blood sugar down than some exercise!
Stay hydrated :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you were upset when she said your pressure was high, you would have been working yourself into a higher blood pressure!. That's what happens when we stress out over some things!.

As to the possibility of being diabetic, if you're concerned about that speak with your mom and ask your doctor to check you for the condition!. If you are it's better to find out sooner and get control before you are in worse condition!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The symptoms of diabetes are:
frequent urination
unquenchable thirst
hunger
unexplained weight loss
fatigue
blurred vision
infections slow to heal
moody
numbness and or tingling in feet and hands
Doctors usually advise you to get an A1C test if you have 2 or more of these symptoms to determine if you are diabetic!. You do have 2 or more so you may want to have that done just to rule diabetes out!. It's simple, painless and inexpensive!.
However, that may not be your problem!. You aren't overweight!. Feeling dizzy isn't a symptom!. Getting dizzy when getting up from a sitting position is usually a sign of low blood pressure!. Being constipated isn't a symptom!. Having high blood pressure isn't a symptom!. Being constantly hungry is just part of being a 15 yr old guy!. You blood pressure may have been high because you were nervous and worried!. Having blurred vision may mean that you need glasses!. If you are concerned give your doctor a call!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cyberchondria is a colloquial term for hypochondria in individuals who have researched medical conditions on the Internet!. The media and the Internet often contribute to hypochondria, as articles, TV shows and advertisements regarding serious illnesses such as cancer and multiple sclerosis (some of the common diseases hypochondriacs think they have) often portray these diseases as being random, obscure and somewhat inevitable!. Inaccurate portrayal of risk and the identification of non-specific symptoms as signs of serious illness contribute to exacerbating the hypochondriac
