What can i do to feel better!. Since i have broken off with my bf for a 4 months now i am never happy!. I cant get over him or forget about him!. What to do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's really hard, ecspecially since we still live together (hes moving out soon!.!.!. i hope) It's hard to get over some one when they are around all the time!. I am trying to just take it a day at a time!.!.!. Theres alot of cliche things people keep saying to me, and they mean well - but it's the last thing i want to hear!.!.!.!. I would say try to stay positive and go out with your friends!.!.!. it helps me any ways!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Uh lets see!.!.!.!.!.pray to Jesus!!!! Who He will help you and wants to help you, just ask Him for what you need, pray!. He controls the movement of the planets, and knows where every bug and beetle is, but he still can and will help you!! Blessing of Jesus upon you! : )

Go out, meet new people!. If you lived with him or even if you didn't!. Move away if it is possible!. Try and get away from the memories!. Keep active, do things to keep your mind of it!. Go out with friends, go for a drink!. When you sleep, watch tv before you do it to keep your mind busy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
