How do I get rid of Insomnia?!

Question: How do I get rid of Insomnia!?
I'm in college but it's not stressing, it's actually pretty much like my high school, but I don't know why but it seems like I can't handle getting more than 4 hours of sleep at the most, some times I just go days without sleeping!. I don't believe in modern medicine, it seems like the side effects are worse than the thing it's suppose to cure, so it's not drugs!. I don't know if it's just me or what but it's just really starting to bug me!. I'm awake when the whole world around me is asleep and my roommate hates that I have insomnia!. Can anyone suggest anything!? Thanks

Go to sleep! Just kidding, try listen to an MP3 player!.!. just lay back, listen to some music, shut your eyes and try to actually RELAX!. Tell your body to calm down!. Your inner body is moving around, and you need to physically tell your body to stop, and relax!. Take deep breaths, breath slowly for 3 seconds in your nose, hold for 3 seconds, breath slowly out of your mouth for another 3 seconds, just a few times in a row to slow your heart rate!. Even when listening to music, try to focus on nothing!. Literally, nothing!. Just try to clear every last thing out of your head and focus on the color white!. By the time you can get your body to do that, you should be asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I once wrote a very long email on insomnia!. Some of the ideas in that letter might be helpful to you!. It is so long that you might fall asleep reading it!.

If you feel your insomnia is related to some personal issue, please try to talk it over with a counselor or therapist!.
