I used to have to sit at a desk all day long and one I went to GNC to buy something cause stuff seemed blocked for three days It's called, Super cleanse for your colon and it worked for me!. Also I recommend that you eat more fruit, and drink more water!. Lastly I tell you that if you sit around all day things will get stuck so try to get up and walk around every hours and that will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
