Question: Mouth irritation from food maybe!?
I have this redness right under my lip!. on my chin!. I have no clue what it is and I've never had it before!. I think it could possibly be a food allergy or something!.!.!.!.
It doesn't itch!.
It isn't flaky , rough or bumpy!.!.!.just looks!.!.!.red!.and irritated

Have you eaten something new!? It could also be from your tooth paste!.
This may sound simple but it could be the beginning of a chapped lower lip!. My daughter "held" her lower lip under her front teeth during an exam - the next day the skin under her lower lip was red, much like what you are describing!. She used LOTS of chapstick and it was better in 48 hours!.
