Assuming this was pulmonary TB (TB of the lungs, the most common) he is contagious by close contact!. TB spreads through the air!. Sex won't spread TB, but being that close to someone with TB will!. BUT he has received treatment!.
If he has been treated that long and he has taken his medications correctly, he is most likely not contagious!. treatment after a short period of time usually makes a person non-contagious!. (they will usually do a sputum test and after 3 negative sputum tests he is considered non-contagious)!. But it is still important to continue the full course of treatment because TB are very strong bacteria and if all are not killed it may come back!.

It is not spread by sexual contact but it is spread by coughing and touching infected places!. If you are close enough for sex then he is probably breathing on you and you are probably touching his hands which he has coughed on!. I would suggest him having a conversation with his doctor to find out whether he is still contagious!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would go get tested for TB!. If he's still being treated it means the TB is still active and can still be passed to you!. TB is not a nice bacteria and sometimes it doesn't stay in your lungs!. It can infect everywhere from your lungs to your uterus!. While sexual contact will not transmit TB, his breath will!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
