Tb treated for 5 months!? No never it wud spread now!.!. was he under DOTS !?!? Directly observed therapy under supervisoin!? did you see him taking pills regularly!.!. if yes, then no he has just become normal!.!.!. guess only one more month he has to take the pills!.!.!. doctors prescribe the drugs for 6 months only i guess!.!.!. If he is taking his medication every day, no, he can't spread it!. Unless the doctor has told him he is contagious, in which case he would be quarantined, he can not transmit it to others!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If the TB is still active then yes, it can still be spread!. However if it is inactive then no it cannot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
