Cure for my irritating sinus?
i currently am having my irritating sinus problem.. i can sneeze one whole entire day non-stop!
i usually get it sometimes when im short of sleep, or for some other unknown reason.
anyway, any ideas how to cure it? im suffering here..

I have been to every dr. for this. I found that if you "rinse out" your nose by slowly "sniffing" a little water into your sinus without letting it go too far in and down your throat (It's ok if you do) and "gently blowing it back out for a few times, this actually works. It's easier to do this while showering everyday. I do this sometimes BEFORE I use any nasal spray products like Nasalcrom or others. You can also use a simple nasal saline spray which is best for non-chemicals if you chose. It takes a few time to get use to it. Also check around your house for any type of "down" feather comfortors or pillow top bed covers. I got rid of mine and got rid of the problem with the pillows. Good luck and don't forget the Claritin pills if you have them!:>)
