Warm compresses. Place a clean washcloth or paper towel in very warm, but not too hot, water. Wring out the water and place the cloth over the affected area. Keep rewetting and replacing the cloth. The heat makes the pus rise to the surface. Don't squeeze the pimple though - cause you can get a scar.
