Question: Can Genital Warts be spread even with the use of a condom!?
Some research leads me to believe it can as there could be a wart that is not covered by the condom!.
I had a case of them 30 years ago and have not had a breakout since, Although my second wife came up with them nearly 10 years after I did!. Not sure if it was from me or somewhere else!.

like genital herpes, genital warts can be spread even with the use of a condom for the exact reason that u stated, the condom may not fully cover every lesion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, a condom doesn't always prevent them from spreading!. There are some "parts" that even a condom won't cover!. The virus can lay dormant in your system, so your 2nd wife may have gotten them from you, but her immune system might be down right now - so she got an outbreak!.
