Answers:
Canker sores are a very common thing!. Most people get them when they are under stress or eat certain foods!. They are an autoimmune reaction which means that your immune system is attacking your own cells!. Most of the time they go away on their own after a week or so but sometimes they get huge and painful and will require medication in the form of steroids!. It could also be a viral infection but doubtful since you said you didn't have a fever!. As far as getting MRSA infection in your mouth it is possible but if you have good hygiene then I wouldn't be too concerned!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Canker sores are not the same as a staph infection!. Many factors are involved in causing canker sores, and there is no clear reason why they happen in any individual case!. These sites give the details about canker sores and how to treat them!.
