Question: What is a panic attack!?
has any one ever had a panic attack!?!? what did it feel like!? how long did it last!? did it make u feel really sad like about to burst into tears!?!? did it go away on its own!? how do u make them stop when they happen!? does it make u feel super shaky!?!?
