Question: How do you get rid of sadnesss!?!?!?
Answers:
Sadness is caused by numerous conditions: change in diet, lack of sleep, death in family, change in hormones, stress, genes, or neurotransmitters just to name a few!.

There are many ways to alleviate "the blues!." Makes sure you get at least 7-8 hours a night!. Eat a balanced diet high in protien, veggies, and complex carbohydrates (don't forget the water!) Relax!. Get some sun! (20 minutes of sun exposure helps with vitamin d absorbtion which makes you feel good!.) Most importantly: smile!

Now let's talk about neurotransmitters!. Neurotransmitters are chemicals in your brain that help in information transmission!. Endorphins are realeased when you exercise and give you a good sense of well being!. Serotonin help you feel good, but low levels are associated with depression!. If you've tried all the natural ways to battle the blues and are still feeling sad, it may be time to talk to a dr and evaluate psychotherapy and medication therapy!.
