Question: I have a sore throat!!?
My throat is killing me and theraflu is no longer cutting it! Any ideas!? I am at work so I don't want to take anything that will make me space out!!! HELP!!!! I will try anything right about now!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the doctor!.!.!. If you also have a mild fever, you could have strept throat or something, which you need antibiotics to get over!. If it's just a cold or allergies, there's not much you can do except use throat sprays and lozengers on top of cold medicine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Gargle with very warm salt water 4 or 5 times each day!. In between, use Cloroseptic throat spray or suck on Cloroseptic throat lozenges or Sucret lozeges!. These are two of the best lozenges on the market!. If your sore throat persists, get a doctor to do a throat culture to see if you may have strep throat or tonsillitis!. A throat culture is the only way to tell for sure!. If you have strep, you will need antibiotics!. If it is tonsillitis, you may or may not need antibiotics depending on if it is bacterial or viral!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you don't have the fever you probably have something as simple as the common cold!.

If there is glandular swelling I would suggest some Ibuprofin to take that down a notch!. Other than that gargle with warm salt water (helps heal faster), use cough drops, and Vick's chloraseptic spray!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Drinking lemon tea is a good idea but what works best for me is Halls at the store but since your at work drink something hot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
