Answers:
that really is a lot of water!. I believe between 2-3 litres is the recommended daily intake!.!.!.you drank about 4 times that amount!. Are you thirsty and need to drink that much!? Or is there another reason (trying to lose weight maybe!?!?)!. If thirst is making you drink then you need to see a doctor because excessive thirst is one sign of diabetes and can be a symptom of many other conditions!.

If you are drinking that amount of water for some other reason, it may be worth while talking to your doctor and explaining that you think you are retaining fluid, it will help the doctor if you record accurate input and output measures over a couple of days, so write down all you drink and measure your urine (take note of amount, colour and odour (if any))!. Do this for a couple of days then take your information to the doctor!.

Weigh yourself every day at the same time (eg first thing in the morning) for a few days and take this information with you too, as this is another means to see if you are retaining fluid!.

Good luck, I hope everything is OK and you get some answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
