Is it ok if I feel my lymph nodes in my groin area?!

Is it ok if I feel my lymph nodes in my groin area?
when I lay down I can feel a area that is kinda bumpy, no real lump or anything....but I looked on a chart and see the lymph nodes are located where the groin crease starts, and I checked both sides and I can feel the lymph nodes I think. My main concern is if this is normal, ive read many places alot of people espically thin people can feel the lymph nodes in groin area, if it was swollen would I be able to visibly see the lymph nodes or at least feel a lump? Thanks

Some people can feel there lymph nodes and others cannot. there are other reasons they swell like infections and also some cancers affect them so you need to see a Doctor to be sure and on the safe side. I have lymphoma and when mine swell they check to see if there is an infection and give me antibiotic's . most of the time when they are swollen there isn't any pain and some times there is so the Doctor is the best way to find out. Don't let it upset you until you get the results from a qualified person.
