strep is a bacterial infection!. Antiobiotics is what is going to kill it!. If you need a right now soothe then gargle with warm salt water and lemon which has antibacterial properties!. I would also consume lots of vit!. c!. You need some antibiotics though to kill it!. Cold compress and quiet for the headache!. Rest darling and go to dr!. Feel better doll!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
