Answers:
cut your toenail striaght across in a straight line
and also probably go get a pedacure!. * they can get them out * and they should be able to tell you away
!.
But cutting it straight across and not in the U shape where it is rounded will make it all grow even with each other and the sides wont go down into ur skin

the blue spot is probably just a bruise but im really not sure about that
or the white spots!.
!?
wish i could help w/ thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is a combination of cutting your nails too short on either side and wearing shoes that are too tight!. Toenails are not fingernails, you cut then straight across so the middle of them is shorter than the two sides so they cannot grow into you!. Your shoes are too small for your feet and are squeezing the nails into your toes while also making them sweat too much which softens the skin on your toes which makes it even easier for the nails to gouge into the toes!. Larger, wider shoes and nails cut straight across will solve the problem!. I had to do the same thing!. I am MUCH happier now that my toes are not excruciatingly painful half the time!.
Oh, I almost forgot, the white spots are toenail fungus beginning to grow, which is BAD!. You really need to get bigger, wider, drier shoes and put overthecounter toenail fungus stuff on them for a few weeks to keep the fungus from getting any worse!. If it gets under the nail then you will have to take antifungus pills for a few months (yes, months) to kill it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
