I have a horribly stuffy nose!.
Closed up throught basicly!.
It hurts whenever i cough!.

I would say to try the following for a few days!.
Then, if you are no better, go to a Prompt Care
walk-in clinic and let them diagnose your
problem and give you medicine!.:
Try soaking a washcloth in really warm water,
wring it out, put it over your nose and breath
in four of five times!. The moisture coats your
nose and opens it up (usually)!. Take a tsp!.
of honey for your cough, and an aspirin or
ibeprofun two or three times a day just until
it all begins to be better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
