Answers:
he does not need to lower his glucose level, he is within the normal range, just be cautious of his diet, avoid highly processed carbs, white rice, white bread, sugar, etc, eat lean meat, fresh fruits and veggies and drink plenty of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

Both of these are normal results for a fasting blood sugar!. Normal parameters are 80-120 which can change quit often, but not by much!.
Staying away from carbohydrates and sugars are the key to preventing elevated blood sugars!. Breads are fine as long as they are whole grain and not white!. As a good rule of thumb, foods that are white are starches!. i!.e!. rice, potatoes, bread!.!.!.!.!.

I believe that you have to be over 100 to be considered pre-diabetic!.

If it does continue to go up, usually the first thing that doctors recommend is getting your weight to a healthy level if it isn't already, and getting some exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You dad does not have diabetes!. His blood sugar is normal and if he wants to keep it normal, he needs to watch the foods he eats, and exercise!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
