It is purely a problem of the imbalance of hormones in youth or sometimes beyond that young age!.
Wheat allergy is more a problem for the digestive system!.
You could speak to your GP if the acne is a real problem and ask about going on a course of long term tetracycline antibiotics, which will help enormously!.

No man, wheat dont cause acne its just maybe you have been consumeing alot of sugar, or it is genetics!. It will go away!. All you have to do man is wash your face with clearcel and alchol and it will go away in a week!. LOVE YOU BYEWww@Answer-Health@Com
