Do a web search on "kinesiology" and "applied kinesiology". I once went to a chiropractor who practiced this muscle testing. She had me bring in all of the vitamins I took. She would have me hold each one in my closed hand and hold my arm straight out. She would than take my fist in one of her hands and hold my elbow with her other hand and try to push my hand upwards towards my shoulder. If my arm bent it meant I was lacking in that particular vitamin or supplement. If my arm didn't bend it meant I was getting enough of that particular vitamin or supplement. It was really quite interesting. I would try to hold my arm straight and with some vitamins she couldn't bend my arm and with others she could! At the end of my session she would tell me which vitamins/supplements I needed to take for my overall health.
