WHAT ARE SNAKE BITES LIKE IN YOUR LIP?!

Question: WHAT ARE SNAKE BITES LIKE IN YOUR LIP!?
AND HOW DO YOU GET THEM!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I have had mine done much longer than the term has been used(about 12 years)!. It is actually a double labret piercing (a piercing that rests under the pink of the lip and on both the left and right side of the mouth)!. You should go to a really great piercer to get them done, not just the guy at the local piercing parlor, but someone recognized or at least certified through the Association of Professional Piercers!. Look at their previous work and make sure you like it!. Make sure they measure your lip and mark where the holes are going to be before piercing you!. They should measure the distance from the pink of your lip and from the corners of your mouth to make sure that the location is equidistant!. You may want to ask them to mark the spot inside your lip where the needle will come out to make certain the piercing comes out at the same angle from your lip!. You want them to look good!.
Next you should make sure you choose the right jewelry!. Decide on either rings or labret studs (or spikes)!. Rings will feel more awkward initially because the sit between your lips!. If you choose barbells, make sure they have labret backs, flat disks that sit against the back of your lip and rarely rub against your gums!. This will minimize or eliminate any damage to the inside of your mouth or gums!. Finally, make sure you use internally threaded jewelry!. A piercing barbell is typically three pieces, a post, the outside piece (either a ball or a spike) and an internal piece (in this case a flat labret back, but for other locations it would be another ball or spike)!. These three pieces screw into one another!. Internally threaded jewelry has the female piece as the post and the screws threaded on the ball and labret back!. If the threaded screw is on the post, it is inferior quality jewelry, more likely to contain allergens, and the threading tears microscopic pieces of the internal part of the piercing whenever it passes through your lip slowing the healing process!. If your piercer does not carry internally threaded jewelry, I would not recommend that piercer!.

I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
