Is it possible I may have heart problems?

I am 18, don't do drugs or alcohol, but I am a little overwieght I admit. I do like to drink caffeine rich pop and energy drinks sometimes, too. I was just sitting in the car the other day and felt some mild discomfort in my chest, like it seems right where my heart is. It lasted for a while, but it seemed like when I don't think about it, it goes away. Should I be worried about a heart attack?
