Yes they can!. When you have oral sex with a cold sore (oral herpes) or one that is healing you can pass it to the genitals!. Oral herpes is contagious during these stages, there is even a small chance that they can be passed in between out breaks!.

YES!!!! The only thing is with oral being transmitted to the genitals, depending on the person and his or her immune system, the outbreaks (if they occur) might not be as serious as just contracting genital herpes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
