Question: I have an inflammed area on my inner vaginal lips, !?
There are some white spots, that look like white heads!. That area is very sore and if i wipe too hard there is a little bleeding
Could this be an STD!? I'm also on crazy hormones for infertility!.

White spots are never good in that area of the vagina where the soft moist tissue is!.!.!.yes it could be an std!.
Thursday is a long time and you might not be able to handle the pain and if it is a herpes initial outbreak it can get unbearable!. You should tell them exactly what is going on and explain the discomfort and maybe you can get in sooner!. Im not saying you have herpes but what you are describing sounds very familiar! You want to get treatment as soon as possible though I hope that herpes is not the case for you!.
If it is you will be ok, the sooner you know the better off you will be!. See if you can see an er-gent care or something!.
