Why do my shoulders keep clicking?!

Question: Why do my shoulders keep clicking!?
Just started a couple of months ago!.

When I move my arm from upwards (like letting my hair down) and moving them down they both click really loudly!. It's quite uncomfortable and happens every time, not just now and then!.

Is it athritis, or do I need some cod liver oil or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
My left leg does it every step I take, right at the top of my leg where it meets my hip!. It's done that for as long as I remember, but I don't know what causes it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The shoulder has a lot of structures and muscles in it and running across it, it could be that you have some loose cartilage, but that's probably unlikely if it's in both shoulders in the same place, so it's probably just muscle tendons clicking over each other or a thing called impingement where the tendons get trapped in the joint!. if you're worried go and see a physical therapist, they'll be able to identify what the problem is and give you some techniques to stop it happening any more!. Hope that helps xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

clicking can be caused mostly from lack of fluid in your joints prolonged use of certain meds can cause this or it can be just the way your body is made up!. If they are sore in a way where it feels like RLS where you cant fall asleep with out moving around a million times first it points towards a type of prescription medication you could be taking and would be worth mentioning to your doctor!. arthritis would be more noticeable in the cold and moist weatherWww@Answer-Health@Com
