Answers:
cigarettes can cause a tremendous amt of damage to your airways!. stopping now will help you, but it's difficult to know if you would regain 100% of your function back!. But what I do know is that smoking debilitates the cilia within the lungs!. (the little hairs that help move mucus out of your lungs) that's why smokers have such bad coughs in the morning- the lungs are trying to move that mucus out as quickly as it can, before they are basically paralyzed again!. Marijuana creates a lot of resin build up!. (you know the stuff that gets all over the pipe!.) It becomes deposited in your lungs and places you at risk for bronchiectasis!. which is a chronic pulmonary condition!. MJ also has alot of effects on your cardiac system!. it first drops your blood pressure through massive vasodilation!. That's why you may get cold, and feel relaxed!. Your heart is used to having a certain blood pressure, so when it senses a drop in the BP, it will basically send out a signal to vasoconstrict!. This up and down can be hard on your heart!. If you are male THC represses the amount of testosterone your body is secreting!. So without knowing HOW MUCH you smoked, or what your current pulmonary function tests look like, I cannot tell you with 100% certainty that you would regain all of your lung function back!. But I can tell you that you will be doing your body a huge favor, allowing yourself a better chance at having a decent quality of life!. The first few days of quitting are difficult, you will have a lot of sputum production and you'll feel like !.!.!.!. but give yourself a chance and you will be amazed! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body will not fully recover from the damage you've already done to it!. I suggest you stop now to prevent problems in the future!. My grandfather smoked for 40+ years and is now suffering from respiratory problems that could have been prevented, had he stopped smoking or not smoked at all!. I hate to see my Grandfather suffer like this and urge EVERYONE to stop smoking and/or to not even start!Www@Answer-Health@Com
