No that means that the oil is building up to the surface!. Sometimes it will pop on its own or it will just keep building up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it will rise and then pop!. you should wash your face use tonner and oil removers sheets to get rid of excess oil that causes this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
