Having a little bit of trouble with asthma tonight?!

Question: Having a little bit of trouble with asthma tonight!?
I have slight asthma, not full blown, but it's sorta close!. But anyway, for you asthmatics out there, you know how often we have to yawn just to get a good breath every now and then!. But anyway, ever since I've got home I can't get a good breath!. I yawn almost constantly but can't get a deep enough breath!. I've tried an inhaler, and it didn't really help!. I got home and didn't notice anything odd, then I ate some stuff and drank a pop and got full, so I assumed that was why I couldn't breathe as good!. Well, the only problem is that it's hours later and it still feels like that!. It doesn't usually feel like that!. I'm just curious if there's anything that can be done to make me feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's been 4 hours since you used your emergency inhaler, you may use it again!. You may use it 2 puffs every 4 hours!. It's only for emergency & asthma should be treated by a day to day source also!. See a doctor!. For the rest of the night, drink hot liquids!. Your body reacts well to hot coffee sometimes when you've used your 2 puffs & it still not helped!. ^___^Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink water not pop, and not dairy foods either!. They contribute to the mucus build-up in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have to ask you what kind of inhaler are you using!?
It is probably the maintenance-only kind, right!?
This kind will not stop an asthma attack!. Do you have any
albuterol or atrovent around (that's not out-dated!.)
Do you have a nebulizer!? Wherever you live, it must be going into the colder Fall season and this seems to activate asthma, as well as wood heat stoves!.
If you have any kind of insurance, you should keep a nebulizer on hand with medications for it!.
Do you even have "Peak Flow Meter"!. It's an instrument that you blow into to see how high you can get, which shows your present lung capacity!.
If you are starting to feel panicky, or if you have experienced this lack of air for a couple of hours or
if you can tell your breathing is becoming harder, it's time to go to the E!.R!. and get a breathing treatment!.
I doubt that you can get full breathing capacity without it!.
And any fear or stress will hasten on an asthma attack!.
After the treatment, the ER will refer you back to see your pulmonologist or MD!. Tell him that you want all the things I have already listed for you, especially the nebulizer and medication!. You also need to carry an emergency albuterol inhaler at all times!. If you had one now it would probably take you past the worst of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

he's right water is better!. do you have a cold coming on!? where do you live!? has there been so much moisture around that the mold factor has gone up!? maybe it's cold enough to shut up the windows, no fresh air!. and if you've turned the heat on recently, it could be the extra dryness/dust in the air!. go outside for a while, if you can breath better out there, it's something in the house!. try to relax, don't get all worked up, it only adds to it!. when you can use your rescue inhaler again, do so!. if no relief by morning, i'd inquire about it to a doctor!. and of course if it gets way worse get to the er!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
