The best sick day excuse is anything with diarrhea!. When you talk about it be very descriptive, so the listener wants to throwup!.

Boss!? I was sick all day yesterday with food poisoning!. I called the Advice Nurse, and they gave me home remedies!. I was shaking with chills, had cramps, and I had nasty runny diarrhea!. It was like water was pouring out of my _____ !. I tell you, I don't know what I ate, must of been that plate of pork tamales!. At first I threwup 3 times in a hour, and then the diarrhea started!. I had diarrhea all day!. Right now, I feel an urge to stay near the toilet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
