How do i get rid of this rash on my neck! easy 10 points?!

first of all i dont know what kind of rash it is or how it even started!. but about 4 days ago my neck started itching a little bit so of course i scratched it!. now there are tiny bumps all in one area on my neck and its red and very itchy!. what could this type of rash be and what can i do to make it go away!?!? ive put anti-itch cream on it, calamine lotions, alcohol to maybe dry it up, ive even put vinegar on it because someone told me that would make it go away!. nothing is working so far so please help! i dont really care about the itch going away, i just want the whole thing to go away!. thanks!
